(Served in a 1/2 pint glass)

A- This beer pours a deep orange colored body wit a bubbly beige head and a strong carbonation of big bubbles.

S- There is a green grapefruit zest mixed with a fruity note in the finish.

T- The pale malt flavor has a nice freshness and gives way to a juicy green hops with a fruity green grapefruit quality. There is a soft bitter note in the aftertaste.

M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel with an airy texture to it and a soft fizz in the finish.

O- This beer has a nice fresh malt flavor and a good depth to the hops.

On tap at wriglyville before my first cubs game.

A-orange with a nice white head that retains for a while
S-more hops than I was excepting for a pale ale. So above average.
T-just like it smells. Above average hops for the style so an above average rating
M-light bodied and crisp
O-very drinkable. Given the options I would have again

On cask at Clybourn, 4-21-2011
From notes

A - very similar to the tap version, but the body is a touch on the darker side toward brown.

S - Very subdued hops, a malt profile that smells like spent grain. Maltier than the tap version, interesting balance.

T - Very even flavor, sweet (tropical fruits), very light hop bitterness, good malt profile, well balanced.

M - very smooth, low carbonation. Medium body

O (D) - Nicely balanced beer on cask, works well, and is pretty interesting. Not something to write home about, though.

A: Served in a pint glass. Dark amber in color. Clear. Served with a small surface coating of off-white head that leaves some minimal lacing.

S: Earthy and malty, with some light pine hops. A light woodiness in the background.

T: The smell of wood moves from the background and into the foreground of flavor. Balsa and pine with a moderate maltiness that sticks around. Mild to moderate bitterness. Long finish. Light on the hops.

M: Malty with a medium body and lighter carbonation levels.

O: A decent beer, but while this one is listed as an APA, it seems to lean more towards being an English style pale ale. Maltier than I would typically prefer and lacking a distinct character.

A - Clear, golden beer with a white head that faded to nothing.

S - Smell of some apples, a little bit of tropical fruit, light hops, pale sweet/grain malts. The smell is actually quite light.

T - Tastes quite watered down, with pale sweet malts coming across as a bit grainy. There is some mild grapefruit on the end.

M - Medium carbonation and on the lighter side of medium bodied.

O - This is a pretty boring beer, with not a lot going on. Pretty watered down and lacking in flavor, easy to session and would be nice if you're eating some salty or fatty food to help wash it down. Tons of other things I'd rather have though to do that with.
