Had two stange glasses today at Goose Clybourn.
Bright straw gold, sharp clarity, a thin cap of white foam at first that dwindled as time went on. Some visible carbonation trails as well.
Minerally aroma, light apple and champagne nuances.
Clean and crisp, bosc pear and apple as advertised, champagne, light malt sweetness, dry finish. Very clean and quenching, effervescent body. Lightly fruity with a dry crackery malt. Feels mellow, not overly charged. Easy drinking and pleasant, had to have another one.

A part of the Chef Collaboration Series
A - Clear, golden body with visible carbonation...the head was small and white and didn't show good retention...some lacing stuck to the glass
S - Pale malt aroma with some sweet caramel and light bread
T - The flavors follow suit to the nose...nothing exciting...some sweet notes from the caramel up front...that is mellowed out by the buttered bread flavor in the middle...the pale malt comes in and doesn't add too much flavor but there is a graininess to the finish
M - Light bodied...crisp and refreshing...my favorite part of the beer
O - This one didn't do it for me...it was pretty middle of the road...the finish was the best part of the beer...light and crisp
