Very clear for a hefeweizen. Pours a slightly hazy golden color worth only a ring of white head around the rim. Not impressed.
Aroma is almost wine-like with accents of peach, ending with wheat goodness. I cant rule out acetone in the profile. Banana and clove dance in the background. Slight hint of booze and rubber as it warms.
Body is medium, with medium high carbonation.
Banana opens the flavor and lingers throughout. A vinous tang follows with notes of peach skin and wheat finishing with a hint of clove.
After seeing the pour I was afraid of what lied ahead, but I ready enjoyed drinking this brew. It is packed with traditional hefe flavors, and peach adds a nice complexity rather than dominating.

Draft poured into a mini pint glass
A: Pours a deep yellow hue with a bright white head and very tight bubbles.
S: Smells metallic and sour with unripened fruit. Not inviting but not disgusting.
T/M: Tastes of some floral hoppiness, banana, a bit spicy with some clove and even Belgian-like yeastiness which lingers with an almost mildewy quality.
Tries to be complex, but comes across as confusing. An interesting affair, but there are many better choices out there.

Served in a wizen glass with a thin off white head that quickly reduces down to a patchy surface coating. No lacing. Aroma is peaches banana some bready malts, yeast and a light spice accent. Taste is similar: bready, yeasty malts, banana, clove. Light sweetness. Low carbonation, light-medium body. Quite tasty.

Tried at the Clyburn pub, 28 Sep 2011. I got the 10 oz pour in a mini nonic glass.
Small beige head quickly dissipates. Lightly carbonated. Slightly hazy light brown to amber. Aroma of peaches, a touch of yeast and clove. Starts with a lot of slightly underripe peachiness. Some banana and clove in the middle. Fairly fizzy. Medium body. Light alcohol. Finishes with a nice tart peachiness.
Part of the Chef Collaboration series. Brewed withchef Jared van Camp of Old Town Social.
