Served in a tulip with a thick bit of creamy light tan head. Lots of lacing. Smell is strong, with lots of floral notes and a slightly spicy (capsicum spice) and a little green pepper. Taste is much more spicy than the aroma. Light caramel malts, citrus and floral hops, with a vegetal pepper quality on the finish that slowly builds in spicyness. Medium body. Appropriate carbonation. Light, but noticeable bit of capsicum heat. Very tasty. A seemingly odd combination of flavors that just works quite well together.
