This imperial stout, crafted by our Head Pub Brewer, Mike Jacobs, was born out of his love for how roasted pecans and coconut complement the rich flavors developed during the aging process in freshly emptied bourbon barrels. Originally launched on draft in 2023 at our Clybourn Brewhouse, this limited-release stout now makes its bottle debut.

12 ounce bottle into a snifter. Drink by 3/29?/26, had 6/27/25.
Pours an opaque dark brown, with a quick sizzle of a head and no lacing. Aromas of coconut, pecans, roasted malt, oak, chocolate, some vanilla, some leather and char. The flavors follow the nose: bourbon, roasted malt, coconut, pecans, oak, some leather, light vanilla. Has a light sweet note. Smooth a very good full body, appropriately carbonated.
Vivid pecans and coconut, an impactful barrel presence and a solid base beer. Quite good.
