Belgian Style Session Ale. Pumpkin color, molassas and oak aroma, honey bourbon flavor, medium body. Aged in Evan Williams single barrel.

Served in a snifter at GI-Clybourn 12/24/11.
A: Served a bright, glowing autumn orange color. Tiny off-white head with minimal retention. Awesome color.
S: Bourbon with a healthy snoot-full of vanilla and wood. A tiny bit of fruit that gets trampled underfoot by the bourbon.
T: Just as above.
M: Too cold when first served, but smooths out nicely as it warms.
O: Another nice BA beer from the Goose. I'm enjoying this run of low abv BA beers from them as of late.
