Ghost Barrel Stout

In 2021, we released Bourbon County Brand Reserve Stout aged in Blanton’s bourbon barrels. This year, while combing through the stacks in our Barrel House, our brewers uncovered a long-forgotten barrel from that very release; one that had been quietly aging for four years. Spooky enough, the barrel number was 666. When we pulled a sample, the stout’s depth and richness were undeniable. It was simply too exceptional to keep for ourselves.
