Served in a tulip glass at the Clybourn brewpub.
Sounds like the name of a song by some Italian emo band... Anyway, it pours a clear garnet-amber topped by a finger of dirty cream foam. The nose comprises dank cherry, dark wheat, tangerine rind, light mandarin orange syrup, light maple syrup, and a touch of clove. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some light cinnamon and a bit more cherry. The body is a light-ish medium, with a light moderate carbonation, a slick feel, and a dry finish. Overall, a pretty nice cherry-centric brew. Good times.

This beer is a deep rich Ruby color with a just off white head. Good retention, but spotty lacing. I get some fruitiness from the aroma from the yeast along with a nice caramel and cherry aroma. Flavor does not have the same caramel notes but does have a nice fresh fruity cherry character that more closely mirrors fresh cherries. Moutgfeel is a but Fuller and carbonation a bit lower than I prefer.
