Patronage IPA | 200 ml. | ?% ABV | 2012

Brewer: Goose Island Brewing Co.
Style: American IPA
Glass: tasting glass

Appearance:
Caramel in color; clear.

Aroma:
Citrusy hoos, honey, grains.

Taste:
Citrusy, with slightly bitter hops. The distinguishing feature was the undertone of honey throughout, which made the ale more mild than most American IPAs I've had.

Mouthfeel:
Medium bodied, good carbonation.

Harmony:
Nice IPA, though not for hop-heads. I appreciate that it balances out the bitter, citrusy hops with honey.

Would I get it again?:
Yes

Bottled: on tap
Served: February 11, 2012
