A-Taps a very cloudy pink with some amber tones and not much head.
S-Sweet acidic aroma with a light raspberry sweetness.
T-Sweet raspberry flavor with a great balance of tart dry acidic funk along with some wood and some stout creaminess.
M-Light body, overall failry sweet from the raspberry with a dry tart finish and some smoothness from the stout barrel. Surprising alcohol warmth for a sour ale.
Overall, an excellent sour ale with fruit. Surprisingly strong alcohol warmth. Great balance of raspberry fruit flavor and sour acidic funk. Super drinkable.
