Had this at the Clybourn pub. Received in an imperial pint. 3.8% ABV.
3.5 A: Deeply hazed light orange color. Two fingers of frothy white head. Average retention and no lacing is left.
4.0 S: Cherry and strawberries abound. Musky basement with a fresh outdoorzy funk. Mildly tart.
4.0 T: Light cherry and strawberry again. Tart, tangy sourness in moderate amounts. Mountain stream earthy funkiness. Quite tasty.
4.0 M: Lighter body. Crisp, clean, and refreshing.
4.0 D: Solid Berliner. Worth a try if you are in town.

Served in a willi glass with just the faintest bit of white head. No lacing, but none expected. Aroma is full of toast and biscuit with lacto notes on the end. Taste is tart and lemony, with notes of biscuit malt, sour heads (the candy), light sour cherry. Earthy on the finish. Flavor sort of turns to tangerine about half way through. Light bodied with aggressive carbonation. Tart in the mouth. A nice refreshing beer.
