On-tap at GI Clybourn. An IPA brewed with Inferno peppers from Leaning Shed Farms in Michigan.
A: Glowing orange.
S: Citrus hops, mild pleasing pepper taste, bright grain.
T: Mild tangerine and orange, bready, light tasty pepper flavor.
M: Bright carbonation, light-bodied.
O: Not hot at all, which normally leaves an unpleasant vegetal pepper flavor, but the pepper flavor here is pleasant and refreshing.
