Served in a stange at the Clybourn brewpub.
Another visit to Clybourn, another new brew from GI. This one pours a cloudy russet topped by a finger-and-a-half of off-cream foam. The nose comprises raspberry and light, earthy greens. The taste holds notes of mild berries, light earthy greens, and light wheat. Things are a bit more bland than I imagined they'd be. The body is a hefty-leaning light, with a light moderate carbonation and a very fluid feel. Overall, despite its slightly bland flavoring, this ain't a bad fruited kolsch, really. Pretty enjoyable on a hot Summer day like today.
