Served in an imperial pint glass at the Clybourn brewpub.
Kinda feel odd ordering "One More" when it's my first beer of the day... Anyway, this stuff pours a clear copper-amber topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises flowers, grass, light grapefruit rind, and biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, with the grass decidedly lording over the fruit. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry-enough finish. Overall, a nice, tasty pale ale, nothing special, but eminently drinkable.
