Served in an imperial pint glass at the Clybourn brewpub.
Oddjob: turning haberdashers into weapons dealers since the 1960s. Anyway, this stuff pours a clear topaz-amber topped by a finger of slightly-off-cream foam. The nose comprises grapefruit zest, pineapple, red apple, mild pine sap, and a thick toffee backbone. The taste holds notes of orange zest, light grapefruit zest, dry caramel, pine resin, and light grass. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a dry finish. Overall, a very nice EIPA, one of the fruitiest of the style I've encountered. Simple, tasty stuff, baby!
