Served in an imperial pint glass at the Clybourn brewpub.
Finally, a beer that harkens back to the days when switchboards controlled how we connected to each other via phones and operators. It pours a clear amber topped by a finger of cream foam. The nose comprises Creamsicle, sweet greens, and light grapefruit zest. The taste holds notes of pine needles, pine sap, orange rind, toffee, and plenty of grass. The body is a light medium, with a light carbonation and a smooth feel. Overall, a solid and enjoyable IPA, straight up.
