Served in a snifter at the Clybourn brewpub.
If memory serves, this is a barrel-aged version of Resolutions, but I could be mistaken. It pours a deep black-brown topped by a finger of tan foam. The nose comprises whiskey, booze, oak, mild roasted malts, and a few isolated enclaves of coffee. The taste brings in more of the same, along with some nice cocoa for the sake of it. The body is a hefty-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a smooth-ish feel. Overall, a solid barrel-aged stout, but one that at times suffers from a weakly-implemented barreling. For the most part, though, it's pretty enjoyable.
