Served on tap in a 10oz cervoise glass (I think that's what they called it, a slimmer, taller snifter type glass) - anyway...
A - Pours an amber reddish-brown color with a small 1 finger off white head.
S - Smells of bourbon, burnt sugar, and dark fruits. Very distinct and inviting smell
T - Sweet brown sugar up front with a nice, easy bourbon finish. Some people may find it a little sweet, but I thought it was just right. I wish there was a little more of that dark fruit flavor that you get on the nose, but all in all, very nice. And very easy to drink even at 9% ABV
M - The mouthfeel was one of my favorite parts. Very fine, almost champagne like bubbles and a medium body give this beer a very enjoyable mouthfeel.
O - If you visit the pub while this is on tap I would definitely recommend it.
