Brewed as a collaboration with the Chicago Beer Society (CBS) to celebrate 25 years of Goose Island and the special connection to the CBS. The name is the genus for a species of Black Geese, and we decided on a Black IPA with a touch of roast, but hop dominate with an abundance of citrus and a firm bitterness.
