Had on tap at the GI 25th Anniversary party. Served in my taster glass.

A: Pours a clear orange color with a white head forming on the pour. It recedes to a thin ring that leaves some splotchy lace down the glass.

S: Lots of orange and green apple with some funky Brett and some oak. Stone fruit yeast as well.

T: Super Bretty on the initial sip. Funky with some green apple. Very fruity with some slightly tart apple and oak. Light sweetness from the oak barrel with some stone fruit yeast and a little citrus. Dusty as well.

M: Light bodied with a medium high carbonation. Funky and sweet finish.

O: Super Bretty which was enjoyable and a nice drying finish made for a nice saison.
