This beer is brewed by goose island for Siena Tavern in Chicago. This is exclusively available at this restaurant.
Single finger thick head with decent retention and excellent lacing on a cloudy burnt orange and amber body. Aroma of lemon, tea, caramel, herbal hops and hint of candy sugar. Fairly strong lemon zest presence in the flavor with some notable hoppiness to the wheat ale base. Also notes of caramel, wood and orange peel. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. This one is pretty simple but flavorful for the style. Attempts to be hoppy but isn't.
