A "wild witbier" brewed with peaches, part of the Farmers' Market series. Served in a tulip.

A. Pours a glowing hazy straw color with a nice white head.

S. Fresh peach and apricot, lactic, vanilla, wheat.

T. Peach skin, mild lactic tartness, soft pale malt, lemony, cloves and bready wheat.

M. Light-bodied with full carbonation.

O. An insanely refreshing beer with a very fresh-tasting peach profile. One of the better beers I've had at Clybourn in a while.
