On tap. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, tan head of foam. It smelled of caramel, honey and floral notes. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with minimal bitterness.

A full pint glass from the tap of the brew-pub in Columbia, Mo.
The amber colored lager brewed with Munich mald had a nice medium body and light hops that let a tangy coffee/smoke flavor come through the taste. Hops and roasted malts providing a little drying in the finish.
Extremely crisp clean well brewed lager that paired perfectly thw the "Grind Brat" (a beer brat loaded with "TAZ Mead" sauerkraut and Grindstone Mustard on a bakery fresh hoagie roll with a side of Asian slaw.
A most drinkable Octoberfest that was well worth the 200 mi round trip.
