On tap. Poured a clear, straw-yellow color with golden highlights and a small, white head of foam. It smelled of cracked wheat and sweet honey. Sweet honey and wheat with just enough spices for balance.

A lagered wheat beer made with 60 lbs of honey per 240 gallons, German (Durst turbo-Munich) malt and kissed with golden oats for a medium/full mouth feel.
This has to be the most unique wheat beer you are likely to find. Its pleasant flavors are truely awesome. Brewmaster Taz Pfefer is a bee keeper with a love for brewing mead. His use of a cold-fermentation process to produce nice, clear, clean, crisp honey lagers result in a bevy of beers that are amazing.
