A traditional pilsner with organic hops, German malt, and a touch of honey. A persistant dense lace that nearly obscured the Grindstone Brewing Co. logo that was etched into the pint glass. Medium light mouthfeel. Clean, clear, and crisp. A very drinkable pilsner.
