Four day old growler from Grindstone.
Shared by Jason and Jennifer. We both liked the clean taste which is nothing like the usual wheat beer. No bananna-clove esthers or spices. The hops dominate the aroma with a little vienna malt in the background. Flavor follows the nose and the mild bitterness gives a very clean finish. Medium body and slightly dextrinous medium mouthfeel. Very drinkable. Growler was well sealed but I need to return to the brewpub for a fresh sample from the tap.
I question the "light lager" style but I will check the the brewmaster, Taz.
