(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a very murky brown cider color with a light tan head that fades to a thin film soon after it is served. It is too dense to see any carbonation.
S- There is a light smell of dry toasted malt with a finish of spiciness that might be from the hops.
T- The soft taste of dry malt with a light toasted malt note has some depth with a soft pine hop finish. There is a slight sour note in the finish that gets a bit stronger as it warms.
M- This beer has as medium mouthfeel with a big fizz in the finish and an alcohol heat as it warms.
D- This beer has some nice malt flavors but the rest of the beer has some off qualities that could use a bit more work.
