Brought a growler home to enjoy with friends. Picked it up on a Monday but couldn't get to it until the next Saturday. The jug says to drink in 48 hours, but I've waited longer...
Still had a good head. Poured to a darker brown and maintained the head throughout. A good malt aroma that matched the dunkel style. I didn't detect any lemony or citrus aromas and the glass I had at the bar didn't come with any garnish.
Had a decent flavor that was just right for the cool weather. Not too heavy but more than a hefe. A good finish that kept you wanting another sip.
Overall a very drinkable beer from an excellent establishment.

Came with two lemons in the glass, looking more like a funky cocktail than a beer. Dark gold liquid, typically cloudy. Thick and messy flakey long lasting head. Nose is atypically lemony, lemon danish with some key lime pie. Sharp, with some raspberry, too.
Taste wasn't spicy or sweey, just overly tangy, of lemon, with some other citric orange and grapefruit elements. High carbonation, a little over the top.
Good hefe, with lots of character.
