2/19/16 Chicago ($8 12 oz Draft Pour into Belgian Beer Glass at Piece Brewery) Lighter brown pour, thin white head. Lemon and strong hops aroma. Nice balance between strong hops taste offset by lemon and citrus sweetness. Nice firm body, carbonation held. Great offering, my introduction to Piece Brewery, and along with the great pizza I plan on returning in the future.

Dark Hazy orange, compact layer of foam and a faint ring of delicate drippy lace.
Pungent and citrusy tangerine aroma with hints of earthy mango. Juicy and fresh.
Hints of eucalyptus botanicals as it warms.
Taste is similar, big tangerine up front, grapefruit pith, light mango tropicality.
Body is lean for a DIPA, making it all the more drinkable.
Dry aftertaste with hints of bitter citrus peel.
Overall this one is a homerun, and a fitting tribute to an iconic legend.
Thanks to Thomas for the tip on this one!
