(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a straw yellow slightly hazy body with a snow-white head that is pretty rocky but last and last. There is a gentle carbonation of tiny bubbles that glide to the surface.
S- The light sweet sulfur note of pale malt is covered by a note of green hops.
T- The dry note of Munich malt has a note of toasted malt with a dry caramel hint. As it warms there is a light perfumed sulfur note to the malt followed by a juicy slightly pungent hop finish. The bitterness lingers on with a note of pale malt.
M- This beer has a medium mouthfeel with a tight fizz at the finish that boost the bitterness of the hops nicely.
D- This beer has some nice note of good Kolsch style beers and after the good dry malt comes a nice punch of hops that really fit. This is a bold beer that has some nice depth and makes a nice session beer with lots of character.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
