Big thanks for the chance to try this beer right after a quick tour of the brewery while waiting for our pizza! Pours black with a light, lasting tan head. Smell is lightly roasty and big bourbon with not much alcohol at all. Taste is rich, roasty bourbon and super smooth. Very drinkable and no heat from the alcohol getting in the way. Fantastic beer.
