Draft pint at Piece.
Murky orange body, a finger of dense offwhite foam on the surface that receded after a few minutes. Minimal spotty lace, skim eventually breaks after the first few sips.
Dried orange peel, herbal botanicals, light caramel in the aroma. Has a more robust sense to the smell, more malt presence than the average Piece hop bomb.
Taste is full bodied, lightly malty with an ample hop bitterness, a combination of citrus and herbal flavors that keep things interesting. Medium body, supple feel and adequate carb levels. Overall this is pretty much a signature Piece beer, clean and flavorful with plenty of hop character, and a touch more malt than usual.

Single finger head with minimal retention but nice lacing on a clear burnt orange with golden hues body. Aroma of yeast, caramel malts, candied orange, cane sugar and generic herbs. Flavors are fairly well balanced edging out to favor the caramel malts with caramel, orange peel, grapefruit and pale malts. Simple but decent flavor. Aroma is a little mild. Medium body and moderate carbonation. This beer is described as using the the same yeast but changing the malts and hops over the batches so it will be different over time. Hence the name.
