New brewery and beer recently distributed to the Central Kentukcy area. Though not knock-your-socks-off fantastic, it is a solid and refreshing candidate for it's style. Medium all the way through from aroma, flavor, feel, and bitterness. A good balance among pilsner malts and earthy European hops. Quite floral and pungent character morphs into grassiness and a grain flavor. Though mildly vegetal, the malts finish with a yeasty / bready character that improves the richness. Finsihes earthy-sweet with a touch of alcohol, grain, and corn. Pretty solid.
