Bottle: Poured a medium amber color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with ok retention and some lacing. Aroma of light caramelized sugar with very subtle notes of bourbon. Taste is dominated by grainy caramelized malt with weird off-flavour and some very subtle notes of bourbon and vanilla. Body is about average with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. There is a definite off-flavour that is not too interesting and bourbon is way too subtle.

Beer guy at the store suggested this saying it almost sold out after a tastieng earlier that week. I hesitated but caved in because I had nothing else to tick!
A- Nice cloudy brownish ruby. Dirty-white two-finger head melts to a thin layer.
S- Fruity caramel. Chocolate. Tiny bit of maraschino cherry alcohol burn.
T- Starts off sour and ends with a bit of cardboard. A bit of strawberry chewable aspirin and cherry cough syrup. Nice whisky touch brings flavour and a bit of heat. Hard for me to drink. Not really watery but you can taste some water. I'm pulling faces.
M- High carbonation. Medium body. Dry finish. Pretty good.
O- Knew I wasn't going to like this. Still tried though. Can't see how someone would enjoy drinking this unless he just wanted to get drunk... but then you could get a better deal than $5.79.
