Produced august 2005. Some white foam up on top when pooring in and a bronzegolden beercollor. Shows lots of fine haze in the beer but overal OK presentation. Very bretty nose that also has sweet gale, litle sourness and overal suprising and good nose as this is not the regular you expect from a pale ale. Taste is dry, spicy and litle sour. Hardly any maltyness noticable but hint of candy. This comes to me as a good crossover between geuze and pale ale. Good and balanced with fitting carbonisation and dryness makes mouthfeel good and this brew well drinkable IMO. More then worth a try.
