Okay no I should caveat this by saying that I had this in Belgium at the Delirium Cafe and this was recommended by the bartender! Needless to say both my wife and I absolutely loved it! After an additional 3 we moved on.
As far as specifics, I would say that the smell was very citrusy (in a good way). The flavors that jumped up at me were both caramel and honey, mixed with that inescapable Belgian yeast that is lemony! Essentially the drinkability was proved above!
I would say IMO this is an amazing example of a tripel!

Pours a very cloudy dark gold with very little head. Leaves a really light foam film and decent lacing. The smell is rather overpowering; caramelized sugar, fruit esters (typical citrus and some plum), cinnamon, grainy malt, and alcohol. Taste is incredibly sweet; lots of malt and fruit. Very sugary and boozy. Not at all balanced. Mouthfeel is syrupy; very little carbonation. This was my first drainpour. Disappointing because I rather liked the 621.

No freshness date carved. Not much head and what's there disappears soon and a foggy golden beer with bigger particles also there. Lively carbonisation and spicy nose and hints of wood candy sugar and honey. Still fresh and inviting and taste also complex. Strong quiet sweet and not overwelmingly hopped, pepper and cinnamon and litle medicine like. Still good brew gor those who like something else.
