Is as dry as advertised, but surprisingly thin for 7.9%. The Belgian element just adds a lot of that funky element, but then it uses the hops only for bitterness, not a lot of aroma. Kind of interesting take on what to use the Belgian yeast for, but I personally wasn't really feeling it.

2015 Cleveland Beer Week collaboration with Cellar Rats and Yellow Springs. Poured from a growler into a tulip
A: Orange color, slightly hazy with a one-finger head
S: Very grassy, some yeast, light malt and herbal hops
T: Malts, Belgian yeast and herbs; unique though the tastes don't mesh well
M: Medium-bodied, herbal
O: Unique flavors, overall complex but all of the above just need to integrate
