Had on-tap at the brewery.
Was reddish tea in color with an off-white head. Slightly fruity aroma. Slightly sweet cherry came through with a hint of bitterness. Definitely needs to be colder as it seemed to get very sweet as it warmed. Stated 21 IBU. Overall was a great and one of my two top beers.

Served on tap into a shaker glass at the brewpub
A- Poured a really nice dark red color, very little head that left no lace
S- Light fruity and malty aroma
T- Bursting with juicy fruitiness, toffee, and a scotch tape taste on the finish. Quite sweet more fruity flavor than toasted malt character.
M- Fairly smooth, prickly carbonation, not a dry finish
O- A pretty good Irish Red with big fruity flavor. I wish there was some more aroma and the mouthfeel could have finished more dry. A very drinkable and sessionable beer.

On tap poured into pint glass
A: amber rubyish color, slight head with fair retention, decent looking carbonation
S: not too much to the nose, slight toasted notes
T: well balanced sweet malt front, hint of hop bitterness.
M&d: good mouthfeel, medium body. I feel it is a bit on the watery side but still a very good session beer

Poured from tap into a clear pint served from bar which was 250 feet from my table. This might explain why there was little to no head once it got to my table.
A Medium Brown, Translucent Amber Appearance with no head. Only trace bubbles, head.
S Malty, pleasing, a classic Irish Red aroma
T Good malt, light hops
M Full, complex but smooth
D Good. I could drink many of these. If it wasn.t the middle of the day I might have.

Sample at the brewpub: Dark reddish-amber color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily. Minimal lacing. Aroma of sweet malt and caramel. Medium body with a rich malt flavor along with sweet caramel and tropical fruit. Just a bit of hops in there too. Sweet finish is thoroughly malty. All in all a drinkable and tasty brew.
