64oz growler fill for $9 from local grocery chain.
Dark orange, slightly hazy elixir with vigorous pour into DFH chalice produces a 1.5 finger, white head. Thick rings of lacing as the brew is tasted.
Tropical fruits, spice, subtle earth tones. The mango, pineapple, pith and rind aromas predominate.
The tropical fruit flavors mingle with the spice and a bit of wheat malt. The finish is dry, smooth bitter hops and malt.
Medium body, nice bitter hops, well carbonated.
A nice hybrid IPA combining tropical hop flavors with the base wheat brew.

Listed as a "Wheat IPA" at the brewery. Served in a 10 oz snifter. Dark orange with little head. Aroma is of orange rind, grapefruit, and subtle malt sweetness. Taste follows with lingering intermingling if main elements.
