I was excited for this because Vietnamese is a delicious variation on Nut Smasher, but the "Double" aspect really takes this one overboard. The coffee has a more spicy character that's kind of weird and almost funky, a bit like an Asian tanginess you might find in a dipping peanut sauce--I'm not quite sure how to explain it. It speaks to the uniqueness of the coffee bean, but also that they used the perfect amount in the non-Double variant.
