Had on-tap at the brewery.
Was a dark coffee appearance with off-white head and minimal lacing as it went down. It came across extremely bitter, but only a stated 37 IBU. Was definitely less bitter at first when it was colder. Overall it was very smooth.

The Oatmeal Stout was a new offering at Willoughby Brewing during my visit. The beer poured a opaque rich dark color with tan head that laced. The smell has roast and hints of chocolate and espresso. The taste was a bountiful blast of roasted malt with subtle sweet chocolate and espresso tones. The mouthfeel was medium body with smooth carbonation. Overall a very good stout.
