Poured from a pint can, into a Tulip glass.
A nice Ochre Yellow, thin head of various-sized bubbles, lacing present, and plenty of carb bubbles.
A delicious malty-citrus-floral scent, what one looks for in a West style IPA.
Following the nose, creamy grapefruit-melon, understated pine.
Dry is the finish, then the grapefruit-pine presence sharpens, strengthens.
The organic yeast is like an artisan's honey bread!
