Appearance: Dark amber/red, with a thin line of froth.
Smell: Honey-sweet hops and very, very floral, like crushing freshly picked hops in your hands.
Taste: Creamy mouthfeel, decent malt middle and puckering hop finish, like dipping a crispy biscuit in wildflower honey. Probably the best Beer they make. That being said, there isn't much of a cask scene in town so maybe if I'm overhyping this Beer in my own mind!

Surprisingly clear (for cask) mahogany with reddish highlights. Off-white, rocky head with good retention and lacing. Very British aroma, mildly malty with caramel sweetness and light floral hops. Flavour starts out sweet with plenty of caramel and turns towards bitterness at the midpoint. Medium body with low carbonation. The hop bitterness keeps building through the dry finish as well. Quite a nice offering.
