I went to the Under Masken last July while I was studying abroad in Denmark, for my 21st birthday. A local told our group about it, and once we managed to find it (it's kind of hidden, and you have to go down stairs to get to it) we had a good time.
It's a small place, but all around the side panels are panes of glass, with all sorts of fish swimming in and around that you can watch while you're drinking- great ambience.
Service was pretty decent, and the drinks were all well made. There was a decent beer selection- not enough for me, personally, but certainly not a bad selection. The bartender told me they're planning on acquiring more beer variety, which would certainly bump the ratings up.
All in all, a good place.
