My first beer at Klamath Basins new brewpub was a pleasure to drink, yet also a bit curious in its cherry-vanilla aroma and taste. Pelican Butte (one of many things in the area named for the local population of big white pelicans) is clover honey colored, gently sweet, and gracefully clean. It also goes very nicely with food. (Try the fishnchips.)
A very friendly ale with a light measure of Cascade hops that keep mostly to the background.
