An unapologetic fruitbowl beer with bold tastes of fruit syrup, juicyfruit, sugarplum, and overripe blueberries and just enough hop presence for a wash of complimentary spice. The aroma speaks of cherry syrup and malty grain bins.
Klamath brews this bock as a spring seasonal. It is dark and foreboding in deep polished mahogany with low suds and indulgent sugary sweetness. Nice to see a beer that doesn't bow to the hop gods.
