Poured from a 12 oz can into a Sam Adams glass. A Pacific Northwest interpretation of "New England" IPA brewed with Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops, "two pounds of dry hops per barrel." Generous white head. Straw colored haze, somewhat translucent -- not turbid or thick. Drippy lacing. Taste is grapefruity, reminiscent of Squirt without the sugar. Low bitterness. Simple, agreeable, refreshing and easy drinking.
