Poured from a 32oz growler dated 3/31into a teku. Pours a clear copper color with white head that dissipates quickly. Floral hop aroma. Bitter and sweet citrusy tastes are balanced well. Some pine with a slightly heavy mouthfeel. Overall a good beer that I would certainly have again.

Bottled on 9/25/15.Pours into an imperial nonic a clear lighter golden with a sticky thinner white head atop.Bright citrus aromas but after that fades it's quite light in the nose.Have to say not a huge fan of the lighter body, really light for the size of the beer.Sharp grapefruit and aspirin hop flavors upfront on the palate the thinner feel takes away from the flavor profile in my opinion.I lice ABC but this beer leaves some to be desired in my opinion.

L: Very nice dark golden color and extremely clear for a 9.0% DIPA. Foamy white head that retains well and leaves some very good lacing.

S: Bright citrus and pine aroma that is decent but not the typical heavier aroma one would expect from a double IPA. This is slightly mellow but still has a distinct classic PacNW hop characteristic.

T: Taste is similar to the smell, but the hop bitterness and flavor fades to a generic and slightly boozy malt flavor as the beer warms. This one is meant to be had nice and cold.

F: Surprisingly thin for 9.0% which makes me think there is a heavy dose of corn sugar or other sugar to boost the ABV without adding flavor or body. Carbonation is very nice and adds a pleasant crispness to the beer.
