Eeh, ok. About as average and medium as a beer can get. There is nothing to celebrate, but nothing to criticize. The caramel / bread / yeast shows up enough to claim the style, but not enough to compliment. The hops do what they are supposed to do: balance the malts and contribute a light grassy, pungent flavor. The body never reaches creaminess, but doesn't falter either. It has the colors of an Oktoberfest, albeit light, but has no real retention, but with a bit over-carbonation. Finishes pretty clean, but with a light graininess. Pretty average stuff.

Toasty amber copper pour with a thin, but dense off white head that clings nicely.
Aroma is a malty array of toasted bread, caramel, light floral and earthy hops notes.
Flavor starts with a buttery caramel and toasty nuttiness offset by just a hint of tartness. The middle feels somewhat flat and the finish is plenty hoppy, with notes of grass, flowers, and earth. It lacks substance.
Mouthfeel is just above light, a bit too thin, with a slick, creamy mouthfeel and a somewhat flat texture.
