Enjoyed a pint along with some pizza on 7-23-24 for $7.00.
Beer was served dark brown with a nice tan head.
Nose was nice with citrus and light roastiness.
Taste was well done as the lightly roasted malt base gave a touch of chocolate and went well with the orange and grapefruit hopping. Finished perfectly balanced with a touch of zest; 5/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel was medium bodied and very smooth.
Overall, a well-made BIPA, would have again!
